Title: Friend Can't Confirm Email

Hello, my friend is having issues with confirming her email for her account on here. I made her an account when the registration was open, but she didn't confirm the email until the next day. It kept sending a 403 error message when she tried to confirm it. I asked this one player if it was because registration was closed that she was having these issues or if the site was down. Please advise.

It is very possible that if the confirmation email wasn't accessed while registration was open, then the account may not have been activated, or not created.

What's her username, if I might ask? I can look it up in our database.

Her user is CanonOTP.

And I've searched her username in the members list and it comes up with a user, the forum display name is 'Mackenzie' if that rings a bell?

If that is her then I believe that she has to confirm the email when the registration next opens. X3
