You don't need too many suggestions. You have years of work to do just with that. But er, cougars and pumas are the same thing. Just different names. Other than that, good luck

A forum would be a good place to start. You could get some staff to help code the game or forum, and let members discuss some ideas c:
Also make some polls to get better results etc
