Title: Sky's Rim portal and Atlantis Portal won't appear

So I've been dealing with this problem with a long time and I didn't know how to fix it. Basically, the Sky's Rim and Atlantis portals won't appear. I thought of re-installing FH but I was afraid of losing my Mass Markings, my characters, and my Items. I looked at my FH folder in the C disk and I couldn't see any maps named "SkysRim.fhm" and "Atlantis.fhm" or something like that. I really want to explore Sky's Rim and Atlantis like all the other people but the portals just won't show up!  :(
Also, sorry if there's already a topic about this on this board, I am just in a panic and a hurry so..

You could try updating your game by downloading the latest patch in the Downloads section (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=23&Itemid=40).

I'm guessing you're using a mac? This problems tends to occur with mac users.

If that fails then I could only suggest downloading the .fhm files from my computer and place them in your Feralheart folder. I don't use a mac however.

You could save MM's, Items and maps to a diffrent folder and then re-install FH.

Well, I'm actually using a Windows Vista Desktop, not a mac so..

Aww.. it didn't work, although I did put the files into the Feralheart folder. I might've had to put them in exports or something..
