Interesting...but do you have permission to do this? Seen as Impressive Title was KovuLKDs' game.

True, agreeing with Mcgee the Dog, Impressive title has copyright protection to KovuLKD, even though the game has long died out, you may still create a server, but, I think you need to have a different name to it, like Wild Freedom, which I know you have also made. I do think though that you need permission from KovuLKD himself to re-create the game it's self.

I agree with McgeeTheDog and DoctorDruid. If you do not have permission than you should not be doing this.

From what I recall, I remember that people have permission to make an Impressive Title SERVER. I don't remember anything being said about permission of bringing the actual game back.

Actually, Impressive Title has been brought back like almost 3 years ago in the name of Impressive Title Returns. So, you are way way late to the party.
And plus, since you are RECREATING the game, not like using the source code of the original game (like for example Royal Skies), you may not be able to do this. You can rename the server name, and probably change the game's features/plot a bit, and you would be set.
