My friend forgot his password to his account, But when he clicks on "Forgot my password" It leads him to a page saying "404 Error address invalid" Something like that, What does this mean?

From what has happened to me, is that it's just an error in the internet or FH itself. Usually you just have to give it some time and refresh or try again. But if it keeps happening then try to PM a mod, they are usually always helpful :)

Or you should maybe restart you're computer and or internet,
This 404 error is very common, happened to me too. ;D

Agreed, it is an common error on the internet. As Thyme has said, normally just refresh the page or just close the page and re-open it. I hope we could help! :D

Usually every time it comes up I just click the refresh button until it works but it's probably not the best idea if you have a slow computer, so probably just shut the computer down wait for about 15 seconds and turn it on again. It shoud help.  ;3
