Title: Still won't let me log in!

I just made an account on here last night, and downloaded the game. I tried logging in, but it didn't work! I tried all of the suggestions on the "Big Help Thread" but I don't know what the problem is, do I need the patch?

Is it a new user?
Make sure your username doesn't have more than 16 characters (letters etc) in it.

That must be the problem, grr. So does this mean I have to make a new account?

Well If your username contains more than 16 characters Im afraid you'll have to create a new account..
But just in case, you can contact one of the online Staff members. :)

If you need help with how to send messages, feel free to ask I'll tell you but Im sure you'll manage to do that.

Sadly, I Believe the only way is to create a new account.
The registration isn't Always open, but 2 hours max at random times and hours.
Not sure how many times a week, I Believe that's random as well. ^^
