Title: friend has super weird glitch o.o

a while ago now a friend registered (not a long time ago but also not too recently)
they made there account and activated it and i had seen it come up on the "members search" before
and then not long ago she tried to log into the FH site with it and got a error to do with the member not existing or the password being wrong
we checked her password, it was correct, we checked the member search and her username was gone and still is o.o
she then freaked out thinking her account was deleted and tried to log in IN-GAME and it exists because it let her log in
and still does but tells her the user "on the SITE" does not "exist"
anyone heard of this issue before? o.o

And you are positive that she wrote the right username and password for the forums?

yes we checked her email that she signed up with for her user and password because her user is the same as her IN-GAME username but it didnt let her log into the site

What browser is she using? Chrome? IE? Firefox?
If she's using chrome ask her to try and log in with Firefox or InternetExplorer instead :3

shes using firefox she tried all the browsers but it tells her on the fourm she does not exist still

Did your friend remember to activate the account?
I had a friend who made an account,  forgot to activate it, it worked for a while before it suddenly "disappeared".

yes she did, she got the code and clicked it and got the message that it had been activated o.0

Is she using the num pad for the site? Sometimes members will use the numpad and not realize it and sometimes it will not accept the username or password. If she is using it, it won't work.

no shes not but it completly says on user search a user under her name does not exist
