Title: Wolf Rp ~ Map Request!

The idea: I want to make a mapped Demon/Angel/Partial Rp
The problem: I suck *literally* at making maps
The solution: A very wonderful person who is an experienced map maker who will create me a map

So, yeah, anyone up for a little project? I would greatly appreciate it if someone would create a map for my Rp! :D You would get all of the credit you deserve obviously!

I need it to have three territories, each reflecting the pack they're for, mountains, smaller hills, a forested area, open plains, lakes/streams, and a meeting place in the middle of the map!

I can do it if BaltoLover says no. I have a heightmap like that ready for someone, but I just need to add stuff to it.
Questions:
Can it have floating things?
Can it have complicated meshes?
Can it have portals to different maps?
(For example, instead of an island in the middle it can have a portal to  a small meeting map.)

Can it have a lava and rock terrain for the demon territory?
