Hey everyone, I'm new to this so not quiet sure if I'm posting this in the right place... But anyway... I've recently made a new account which is this one, I tried to download FH but it says there's malicious malware in it so I cancelled, did this come up for everyone.. Is it safe to download or not?? Also, I tried logging into the game on my friends laptop(using this account) And it said I was banned for 1 month and a few days or so, but I can't be as I havn't even played the game yet so couldn't have done anything wrong.. If anyone could help me with this I'd very much appreciate it.

I can assure you- FH's download is completely virus/malware free. Most anti-viruses seem to dislike it because it's an uncommon download. Just use another browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer. Also, lower your anti-virus's protection temporarily.
Your friend might have been banned too since you were using the same IP address when you logged in, but I'm not 100% sure. I'd advise you not to speak of bans much on the forums, as it states here:

You are prohibited to make a thread or mention in a post about being kicked and/or banned from ingame or on the forum. If you were kicked and/or banned, then it was for a reason. If you have a question about it, however, then you are referred to a moderator or an admin. As for reports, do not go and make a thread reporting a user. When you are reporting somebody, you are to send a private message to a moderator of an admin for them to handle it. Any threads discussing a kick/ban or reporting a user will be deleted upon sight.

Oh, oh, thank you, I'll refrain from talking abouts bans, thanks for the heads up :) So if I download the game now and ignore the malware thing should I be able to log in as it won't be on the friends laptop? x3.

The anti-virus problem and the log-in problem are completely different things, but I don't think you'll be able to. Definitely PM a staff member for that one. ^^
