Title: Preset Sync Problem

I'm having a problem download the modded game file for the preset sync process. It does not like to work. WhiteLightHeart and I got together in a Join.Me and tried to figure out what could fix it, but nothing worked. May some of you guys have had the same problem, so do you think you could help me?

Ask for permission/Log into the administrator account on the computer and install preset sync that way.

Your account simply do not have permission to access or create folders in the locations needed. If you do have an administrator account, also make sure you do run the modified .exe for FH as an administrator(right click icon, run as administrator).

Why the FeralHeart[1] file is 0 bytes?
Aditionally to log in with administrator account, check if the files are corrupted because 0 bytes a usable file.

Yes, as Red and Thiery have said before meh, try right clicking the FH.exe file and hit 'Run as Administrator' or, as it os saying you don't have permission, try gaining the administrative password or going to the administrative account and doing it from there. Hope you figure dis one out Cheshy <3

The thing is I am the admin of my own computer, and it still does this no matter what I do. I even try fixing the properties of the normal FH.exe button in the folder, but nothing will work.

Is your account the only one on the PC that has admin abilities? If so try going into your pc's settings and set the account type as regular or public. Then attempt the download again.

You may need to try from his account, as it may be the 'Head' admin on the computer itself. Or, ask him if he would try it out <3
