Hi!
I think it might be just me, but every single time I make a new topic, I stalk the forums or stare at the topic until someone replies to it and go insane until then...Is it just me? :P

No, you're not alone.
I tend to do that too at times, but I've learned it's like staring at a clock until you're due to go somewhere.
It's nicer to take a break from the forum or so, and have it come to you as a bit of a surprise. ^^

i do that all the time! unfortunately no one posts WHILE i'm looking, lol. and six hours later only one or two people post. however, lots post over time if you're just patient (which i'm totally noot)

Rarely do I create topics but when I do, it generally depends on the depth I put into the topic or what the topic is generally about. Most of the time, I just move on and check out any new posts made on a variety of discussions to pass the time though there has been one or two threads where I just camped out and waited to ambush any bypassin' floofs takin' a peek, ehheh.
But in general, nein, rarely do I perform such an act myself though that doesn't mean doin' it yerself isn't a good thing. Ye're just eager as to how other floofs will respond.
Also, movin' this thread to the Forum Discussion board.

Whenever I create a new topic, I'll sometimes check on it every now and then, just to see what people will say about it. Lol, added I don't go "insane" if no one responds. There's always something new to discuss. Don't think one topic is catching people's interest in talking about, make another one, I say. Let the forum-stalking continue!

Oh my, not only you!
I always wait for people to reply to my polls and posts that is because I really enjoy looking at peoples replies, not mines (totally rubbish! xD).
It really does become a habit when you just constantly start doing it for awhile, it gives you this feeling that you want to burst and ask everyone to give their point of view to it.
Anyways, thanks for posting because this makes me keen to post more and more! cx

Seems like you're not the only one. I must admit that I do it too. Whenever I post a topic, I will check in on it every now and then just to see what other people have to say. I like reading other people's comments.

I tend to do this myself sometimes when I do rarely make threads myself. Like a rush when you see people reading your threads and waiting for them to reply. So yeah, your not alone in that one there.

I myself don't create threads so often. Whenever I do create a thread I always check it every minute or so. Same goes after I reply to a thread, I'm eager to know what the other replies say or if I need to reply again to another comment.

That's why whenever I make threads and such I usually make them late at night before I go sleep, partially because that's when the majority are online, but also because I can let that thread rest there for a good few hours then check in the morning to see if it's got any replies 'n such. c:

Ahaha, trust me, you are not alone.
I basically set up camp there for a while, maybe scroll through other threads, but I always very quickly flick back over to mine to see if there's any activity. It's like fishing.

Yes I have no shame admitting that I do get a bit excited when waiting for replies to my threads. For me I just really enjoy reading other people's feedback. I'm guilty of spamming the "show new replies to your posts" button.

I do this... a lot. I'm a bit of an eager person and I rarely get replies so reading replies is a big treat ^.^ Yes. You are not alone on that.

YES. I do this, on the rare occasion I start a topic. In my art thread for example, I also obsessively check over it (not actually looking for new posts) to make sure nothing has changed. It's a weird thing, I sort of go into 'mother-hen' mode, and try to watch over my threads. X'D It's weird, glad I'm not the only one.

If I stare at it for too long, though, it ends up taking longer for replies vs. if I just busy myself with something else. Also I don't usually make a lot of topics. Just stalk enjoy other people's.

I admit, I do it too. Unless it's 3 am and I'm falling asleep while typing. Which happens quite often, actually. It just depends on what the thread is about x3

Well, I don't really have a habit of staring at any new threads I make. On my old account, I think I created a few threads, but then I went about my business once I had written what I wanted to. From time to time, I'd check to see if there was any replies, since I love reading other people's opinions about the subjects I discussed, but no, I don't stalk them X3
