It looks as though you're missing quite a lot of objects thar xD Try replacing your FeralHeart Media Folder with this one: Default Media Folder. (http://www.mediafire.com/download/2h3551xrc43cb5o/media.zip)
As for removing maps, just go to FeralHeart\Exports and delete the map you're wanting that ends in .FHM
Also with your items, open up items.cfg in Notepad and replace everything inside it with this and remember to save:

They should fix your problems, come back if not~ :)
I'd recommend re-installing... It sounds to me like you've accidentally deleted some important mesh files. Re-installing should recover all those files, and you won't be wandering around on emptiness any longer, but be sure to back-up any of your maps or presets and things so that you don't lose them ;)[/colour]
