As stated by Fox, make sure ye' go to the followin' folder: Local Disk (C:) > FeralHeart > Exports and delete any .fhm file (or map) ye' would like to be rid of. The files should be labelled after the maps' names so ye' know which ones ye'd like to keep and the ones ye'd like to get rid of. Once ye' delete the files ye' want, merely re-launch the game and there should be no more unwanted maps in yer game altogether.

It turns out I had missed those two files under this heh :-[
You can always try to remember the date of downloading the map.
So when you want to remove a .fhm file you will know which ones to delete and which not to by the date.
For example:
You downloaded a map today, like below. There is also an old map there.
You want to delete the old one? Look at the date to help you. It will show when you placed it into the folder.
MapName.fhm -- 01/06/2014--FHM FILE -- SizeOfFileGoesHere
MapFromTwoYearsAgo.fhm-- 23/10/212 -- FHM FILE -- SizeOfFileGoesHere
So I advise you and other members to remember/write down the date somewhere of which file if you don't know which name it is.
ADDITION:
Deleted a map you want to get back?
Go to the 'bin' folder on your desktop also called the 'Recycle Bin'.
Go into it and find your map file, drag it out and put it back into the export folder.
You can actually do this with anything you delete, that's what the Recycle Bin is for.
