Is this yer first time downloadin' the game onto yer computer software?
If so, ye' need to download the actual download. Not the torrent. Since it's refusin' to work for ye', my guess is there was an interruption with the transaction. Try uninstallin' the game and all of its components includin' the FeralHeart folder located in yer Computer > Local Disk (C:) then re-install. Make sure ye' have solid internet connection as ye're re-installin' then give it another try.
When you was installing FeralHeart did you installed DirectX? :)
