Ello. My name is Maria. I have played this game before. I love it so much but my computer crashed a while back. By the time i got my computer up and running again you couldnt make a new account. They blocked it. So every so often i came back to see if i could make an new account. One day it was open. Got so happy. Made me a new account but then when i tryed to get in to the game it wouldnt let me. I dont know why. Could someone plz help me out? I have been dying to play this game again and i cant get in to my old account cuz i cant remember my user name or password. Does any one know how to help me?

It sounds to me hun that you forgot FH sends a confirmation email to assure that the email address used for the account is correct. All you must do is go to your email's inbox and if its there then open the message, a link will be provided that you must click and once you do it will confirm your email and allow you access to your account in-game. If you by chance used the same email you had on your prior account then it may not of worked.
Other than that, thats all I've got. I don't know if logging into the forums is something that is accessable before confirming the email but its my only guess. I'm techie with just modding and making presets and such XD, not so much errors such as said problem, unless I've experienced it before as well.

What email did they send out? All the email i have from FH is trying to reset my password. Other then that i dont have any thing about FH in my inbox :/

Strange, normally when a new account is made they send out an email to you that confirms the email used is correct, and as said before it can be confirmed by clicking on the link provided. It could be possible that you misentered the email and it sent to somewhere else in oblivion, I have had that happen before and when I went to retrieve me account info to regain access (this was on another site mind you), I never got the email and I was able to see that I had mistyped my email address. Never got that account and all I had on it back, sadly.

Well i made this account like 2 years ago i think and i was able to get in to it now. Do you think it could be cuz i have caps and a number in my user name? Maybe thats why i cant get in

Ny, I have all caps and a few numbers myself in my password, I don't see why it'd be different with user.

What type of messages pop up when you try to log in? Perhaps some screenshots of those errors may lead to a solution?

Did you use the same mail address as when you registered last time?
You can't register with the same mail - you need to use a different e-mail address.
You can also try sending a mail to [email protected] - make sure to check your junk-mail so the activation mail doesn't end up in there.

It says "Incorrect username or password"

Be sure to enter in both your user and password correctly as well, we all tend to mistype, also try looking anywhere in your profile settings on the forums and see if you can change anything there for in-game login.

I think ill be able to play(: I got an email back from them and it said "Thanks for your Email your account will be activated shortly" :3 I think ill be able to play :D

Thanks for trying to help tho(: Maybe we could play together in the game when i can get on(: But as of right now im going to get some sleep then in the morning hoping it will let me play:3
