the game isn't logging on for me  :'( i even tried resetting my password

Try avoiding making multiple threads revolving around the same issue hun, tho, I will respond to this~ Resetting you password on the forums wont reset it in-game, sorry bout that hun. Anywho, onto the main stuff lol.

1.) Is you username more then 16 characters?
2.) Did the account activate?
3.) Is your capslock on, or are you using you numpad?

These are the major things that tend to happen with new accounts. If your username is more then 16 characters, you will need to create a new account as the limit is 16 characters. If you feel your account didnt activate, send a email containing the activation link to [email protected] and it should activate itself, tho, it may take a few days/weeks to activate.

After checking your username, I can confirm that it is over 16 letters, which means you won't be able to log on. And since you can not change your username, I'm afraid you will have to wait for registration to open and make a new account. Sorry for the inconvenience. ^^

Try not to create double posts of the same problem also, locking this~
