By any chance are you using google chrome as your browser? If so, that one always says and error when people try to download the game, even though there is no error or virus. You need to download it on another browser, that should work. ^^

Hmm... I've heard that google chrome hates the FH download. You tried another browser? If none of these were the browsers you tried, try them: FireFox Internet Explorer Google Earth Safari Hope this helped!

If the suggestions above don't work, make sure that all your previous FH files are deleted then try. Hope this helps
