Title: Why Did This Happen?

Actually, this hasn't happened to me, but I'm writing this just in case it does.
So I have a friend (not mentioning names) who finished the username and password in game correctly, but when she did, she got banned for 10 months! Why?
But after the time, it worked again, what was that?

And I'm not sure if i could actually mention anything about bans on a thread, I'm sorry if it is, I don't really know. but I am pretty new to this I made the account yesterday XD

Discussion of bans/kicks on the forum is prohibited. You'll have to contact the staff. ^^ Not sure why it would work afterwards though. o_O

I'll send ye' a message regardin' this matter. For future reference, it'd be better ye' message a staff member if ye' have any questions about bans and/or reports as stated prior by ma'dam Eclipse.
