Title: Good Ole' Disney...
Post by: GemWolf on April 01, 2011, 09:06:06 pm
I miss it. ;w; Remember all the great movies... TLK, The Fox and the Hound (The first one had a super sad scene. D:), Lady and the Tramp, Oliver and Company, back when Disney used to be good? With all the great animated films? I have to say.. I kinda like the Disney movies now.. but, not as much as I loved the old ones.
So, anyone else here miss the old Disney days? Or am I alone? xD

I miss good Ol'Disney! Dx Fox and the Hound, Little Mermaid, Lady and the Tramp, Piccnocio, Sleeping Beauty, Beauty and the Beast, Snow White, Alladin...
I can go on forever xD

I like some of the newer ones, I admit, except the non-cartoon type, like High School Musical -_- I want to see all those actors and the directer burn! Also any movies related to that, some were okay but they shouldn't be a disney movie. All those not animated shouldn't be a disney movie -_-

I've never been a BIG fan of Disney, espeacialy some of they're newsest versions. I was very disturbed with Princess and the Frog, and also, Disney's Grandson (I think) left and non-family related people took charge, I think thats one of the reasons.
Yush, the Fox and the Hound was OK. But I'm more taken with some of they're other ones, I liked Oliver & Company, but only for a short while. I'm a very choosy when it comes to disney film, but my favourite had to be Eldorado or The Emporers new Groove (SPELLING FAIL. x3)

Eldorado isn't a disney movie actually. People think it is because thbe style is somewhat similiar, but it's not disney.
AND GO ELDORADO!!!

Come to think of it... your right... It's Dreamworks? Anywho, still, Emperor's new Groove was a WIN.

I still have Lion King 2 on VHS and Balto! (B'waah ha, I still use my dad's old VCR. Still got Beauty and the Beast on VHS too and some other Disney movies.)

-Too bad the people that took over didn't do much of a good job following Walt Disney's footsteps (at some point).

I liked Fox and the Hound, Sleeping Beauty... Beauty and the Beast... and a few other classic Disney movies--Fantasia =<3.  But Fox and the Hound and Fantasia are my favorites.  I like the movies they come out with now, too.  Frog Princess was enjoyable and I like the Pirates of the Caribbean, and Cars, and a few other recent movies as well.  I actually just miss the classic 2D animation style.  Now, with 2D animation it's mostly bad quality.  Everyone doesn't want to spend time on each frame.
3D animation is taking over, and I love 3D animation, but I wish it wouldn't push 2D out all the way.
