Alone and Afraid
Newspaper Pg. 1
Weird things have been happening around the city as a strange truck suddenly appears and picks up stray canines off the street. We don't know if the truck is from the animal shelter or if it's a truck to a place that helps all kinds all breeds of canines but police have been looking into the case and are going to try to catch the truck when they are out patrolling the city area. Their hopes are to catch whoever keeps taking the canines off the street and to find out what their goal is.
Newspaper Pg. 56
Police have finally caught the truck today and questioned the person who was taking the canines and after all the weeks of searching! The person says that they were simply a canine rescue team and that the large truck is so they could take more than five canines, big and small, before they ran out of room and had to stop for the day. We at least found out that the person who was picking all the canines up off the street are doing a good deed by doing this.
What is Really Happening
(In an abducted canine's eyes)
Those humans don't know what the hell they're talking about. Well I do because I was taken by the human who owns the truck and I know damn well where we are going. We are going to an animal testing facility. Who knows what will happen to us but I can tell you as much of the information I know before we arrive. We will be put into a cage and the cage we will be in has a number on top of it for example, if I'm in a cage with a number of 16, they will call me Subject 16. Now, there are three different rooms in the facility. There is the inside playroom, where they let all the animals out to stretch their legs. There is the testing lab, where you can probably guess what happens in there. And there is the area with the cages where all the animals will be put in cages. No animal will share a cage though, with the tests that go on there will probably be a lot of fights in the cages and some of those fights will lead to death and when that happens the doctors will loose more 'important' experiments to them. Most of the experiments that are going to the facility will change a lot, like me, I will most likely change into the horrid creature. Oh god save us please...
Plot
You are one of the canines that were picked up off the street and you just now arrived at the facility. You were put into a cage while all the animals that have been here longer are out in the playroom or being tested on. Because you're new, you won't be let out of the cage to go to the playroom for another day or so, it depends if you are going to be tested on the next day. Your hopes here are to survive the experiments the doctors do to you, and to actually survive the crazed dogs in the facility. There is no way to escape so there is no bother trying. None of the doctors are 'nice' as you would say, their focus is to do more and more tests on you canines. They don't care if you like it or not, but they will try to fix you back to full health if an experiment they did on you is making you terribly sick, or if you are sick period. While you're in the lab you should try to make some friends, so that way if you get into a fight, they'll have your back. Otherwise, good luck canine, you're going to need it.

Windy is a calm, reserved dog with lots to think, little to say. She sees a more negative side of the world, and has accepted the reality that no matter what happens, she will die, and her life might as well be a grain of sand at a beach. While Wind likes to 'attempt' to see life half full, she's convinced that no matter what happens, she's about as useful as a spoon is to a snake.
Background/History
Windy was born in a pet store, her mother was a stray and her father was most likely some street dog. The store cared for Wind, her mother, and her two siblings until they were each bought out by different families over time. Windy was taken to a family with a mother, father, and two sons. She was mainly just there to occupy the boy's short attention span, and that she did. For a long time, that is, until they went on a vacation when she was 3. Concerned for her humans, she left through the doggy door and searched the street. She ended up lost. From there, she learned enough about being a stray, but being used to food every day and a warm place to sleep, Windy nearly died of starvation. Only reason she's here is the scraps she found. And then, she was taken in by the facility.

Personality:
Marsha has quite the mixed personality and never seems to stay with the same traits for many hours - many say she has a personality disorder but surprisingly she doesn't. Mar can be a playful and sweet g to be around who others get along with, willing to collaborate and listen and mostly in a happy mood. But on the other side of things Marsha is quite the aggressive canine who isn't afraid to attack, she can have a foul mouth and isn't afraid to say what she wants when she wants and will often do her own thing. Although having two sides of her somestimes she manages to balance in the middle; despite having a short temper, being stubborn, not scared to say what she pleases, bubbly, loyal, helpful and plaful many soon grow to love this mysterious and hard to ready dog.
Background/History:
As a pup Marsha was bred to hunt and protect for the family she lived with. The dog went through a year of training before becoming a successful dog in what she done and rather well know around the small town. Everyday she would guard the house and every weekend she would go out hunting - which was a pretty good and balanced life. The she-dog also spent a lot of time mixing with the humans and other dogs until something rather tragic happened. The father of the two children had died through a car accident. The mother was unable to live in the house so left.
Being a loyal dog Marsha didn't want to leave the home and instead had protested against the woman to stay - feeling sympathy for the dog the woman allowed her to stay. Releasing her from her chains she allowed the dog to roam the abandoned house and streets freely. Unfortunately one day she was ppicked up off of the streets and taken to a 'special' place which she thought would be fine. At the age of 4 she was brought here and everything was new - she has settled in now and everything has turned out the way she wouldn't want it to be, in a testing facility.

Marsha
"You are a diamond dear, they will never break you."
It had been a long night for the brindle canine, as always laying on the hard, cold floor caused every night to be a restless one - always uncomfortable and something she hated ending her day with, even a small blanket would have been better than the floor of her cage. But Marsha had slowly gotten use to it over the 6 months she had been here, and she hated every bit of it! No dog was treated with respect. They had to sleep on uncomfortable floors, not have as hight quality food they would of in their previous life and constantly beink poked and prodded by the humans. No dog deserved to be here, not even the most bitter and cruel dogs - this was a living hell.
The day had started off like it usually did. The constant howls from the fellow canines around her, their cries for help and their threatening growls, the many scents she both recognised and didn't daily wafted into her snout. But again, she had slowly gotten use to it. As well as in the mornings throughtout the day it was also always loud and never quiet - no matter how many times the dogs were hushed. It surprised Mar that no one had found this place yet, the noise was rather loud - even she could hear it from a mile off. But the government probably thought they were doing no harm, obviously they didn't know the truth and what goes on behind closed doors.
Like most days Marsha was suddenly waken, her neighbouring canines had seemed to go a little crazy - it wasn't feeding time yet and no one was to be released into the 'play room' for another hour or so, so what possibly could they be whining about? But then she remembered, there would be a new shipment of dogs coming in today - and she did feel pitty on them - they were coming in to a hell hole with no escape. Sighing, the large canid lifted herself from the hard surface.
For a few seconds the large dog stood towering the dog in the cage beside her as she tilted her head - a small terrier mix who went by the name of 'Subject 939' was leaping around barking, almost like a rapid dog if you ask her. Shaking her head a smile grew across her face for a split second, but then quickly vanished as she heard doors slamming. Sighing, the large she-dog crouched down into a sort of 'bow' position allowing her bones to crack and her muscles to stratch - her maw then parting into a yawn before giving her body a shake. Her paws remained pressed against the hard surface as she glanced around the room, nearly every dog was up or awake - apart from a few who were trying to rise above the noise.
Then it began, humans had entered the room as they seeked the empty cages in one half of the room - or that were placed between others. The new dogs would soon be here. For a minute or so Marsha watched, listening in on their conversation as they began speaking about how many was coming - and by the sounds of it there was a lot. As a human passed her cage the large dog let out a growl - her rump pressed against the bottom of the cage as a few dogs slowly entered "Welcome to hell." she spoke rather coldly with no expression really on her face - apart from a faint smile she sent out towards the new comers - but it didn't stay for long. Quietly she watched.

"You are a diamond dear, they will never break you."
As the Kai-Ken sat quietly watching the dogs slam themselves against the bar of their cages hoping to get out, as some appeared normal some had actually went pretty insane - all the tests caused the dogs to change in manny different ways whether that me physical, emotional or intellectual, somehow some had changed. But for some reason Marsha was her same old self, nothing had changed with her she was still her normal self - and she didn't know what they had been injecting her with. It was all still a mystery to her, but she wasn't ready to give in, sure they were humans and had a few tools - but a dogs bite could possibly be a lot more deadly. A chuckle escaped the dogs maw as she glared at the several humans who had filled the room - a look of disgust on her face as she turned her back.
Remaining on her haunches the brindle canine listened as the humans continued their conversations about the subject numbers and discussing their breeds and other information they needed. But, Marhsa decided to zone out. She didn't want to hear about names or subject numbers, she wanted to know about the tests and what they actually tested on them - but that would take years to even find out, they seemed pretty secret about that stuff.
Raising her paw the large canine began licking at her paw that had previously been cut when trying to escape her cage - the wound wasn't to deep nor to wide, and it had slowly began to heal up - but she needed to continue cleaning the area in order for it to heal faster. After tending to her cut paw Mar raised her hind leg towards the bag of her ear and began scratching at an itch that had begun to irritate her. But the sudden sound of a clank caused the dogs head to turn - her eyes resting upon three humans standing outside her cage holding clipboards and what appeared to be a metal-type breef case. Narrowing her eyes the she-dog lifted to her paws and whipped around to face the humans.
Marsha was a rather well known dog in the facility so why would they have a reason to be stopping outside her cage? Sure they could be discussing any 'changes' they assumed they had accomplished or what tests they would be doing on her next, despite trying the listen they seemed to whisper almost silently between themselves and the constant barking of the canines around her didn't help. "You mutts mind quieting down!" she growled slamming her paw against the cage - her brown gaze then darting back towards the humans who seemed to be reading the sign on her cage "I see this is subject 8923, and she is a dangerous dog. Real name being Marsha, she is female and at the age of 4 and a half. Am I correct?" one spoke then another "Yes, and her breed is Kai-ken...She has also had three tests done to her.." then the tird one spoke "And interestingly, no changes have happened!" then the older gent who spoke first "Interesting, keep and eye on this one. She could be a strong subject." why were they talking about this? Growling, she launched forward and snapped at one of the mens hands "Don't worry, she's always been like that" and then they moved. Growling Marsha remained on all fours watching the three men curiously.

"Everything Scares me."
Yara looked around, her vision was limited. All she knew was that people had taken her. The young pup watched as people took the crates into a scary looking building, she had yet to learn what happened in there but it must've been terrible, Yara could hear howls and barking coming from the building. Yara gave a whine and her ears moved back. She crouched down as the door to the building opened.
Yara saw many cages that held dogs, each had some number on them. Many of the dogs had marks on their skin or fur, and some looked like they were a mutation of something else. Her ears were pinned against the back of her head and she kept quiet as she was carried over into another section of the building, with more cages. She looked around at some of the dog warily as most seemed to be aggressive. Yara heard a dog say 'Welcome to hell' and she believed it. Yara watched the dog for a few more seconds before turning back. The human who had been taking her into the building put her into a new cage, it smelled like another dog but there was no evidence of the dog living there. "Number 28" the human said and walked away. Yara just sat there, silent and huddled in the back of her cage.

"You are a diamond dear, they will never break you."
Growls and snarls continued to erupt from the mixed-coloured dog as she remained standing at the front of her cage - eyes locked on to each crate as they were carried today. Today seemed like a large shipment, more then she had seen in any other day - there was quite a wide variety of different dogs but one which caught her eye first was a merle pup. Tilting her head the Kai-Ken watched as the humans threw the pup into a cage and named her 'Subject 28' it baffled her why they didn't give them proper names - giving them a number was hardly respectful despite all the other horrid and unnatural things they done to the creature that was one names mans best friend. A shiver ran down the canids spine as she watched the pup be placed into the opposite cage to her - the one on her left.
At this point the humans seemed to avoid the large canine and focus more on their work, but weren't doing it as pleasant as she assumed they would - especially when handling a small pup. Watching as the humans passed her cage tMarsha bared her teeth and let out an echoing growl to warn the beings - one loving humans she now hated the ground they walked on, all weren't the same - but the ones in here were near enough the same, not in looks but in the things they would do.
Turning, Mar looked at the small pup who was cowered in the back of her cage - the poor thing looked terrified. But who wouldn't be especially when a young pup coming into a horrible place like this. It was no place for a pup. Despite not really being socialised since being here and many seemed to avoid Marsha because of her large size but the way she sometimes acted she wanted to reassure the pup, but not put words into her head that this is a good place. Because it certainly is not.
Turning her back towards the front of her cage and blocking out most of the dogs that were opposite to her she examined the pup for a few seconds - sympathy suddenly overwhelmed the she-dog. "You have a right to be scared pup, this isn't a nice place for a dog to be and especially a young pup. Now I don't want to lie to you and say this is a good place because it certainly isn't." she spoke stopping for a minute but then quickly continuing "And understand you must be terrified with all the change and especially those idiotic humans and those crazy canines - but I would advise you not to show fear, that's what those two-legged creeps want. Now I don't often offer help, but since you're young...and cute - I guess I could help you if you need anything." she smiled.
Feeling a sharp shooting pain up her back Marsha let out a quiet yelp - that only those right beside her would be able to hear. Ears pressing against her head she slowly lifted to her paws and turned around - her lips were curled back and saliva had dripped from her maw as she looked at the humans dead on, two were standing there - one with a clipboard and the other with a needle held firmly in his hand. The dogs muscles tensed and for a second she had receieved a crazed look in her eyes - hackles raised as she stalked towards the front of her cage. Then suddenly launching. "This should calm her down, we can't have an angry subject." the humans cackled then walked away. Narrowing her eyes Marsha stepped back from the door of the cage and sat on her haunches sterring out of the front of her cage - seeing a Husky looking at her who went by the name of 'Subject 16' by the looks of things - raising her ears she dipped her head.

"You are a diamond dear, they will never break you."
Carefully the canine watched the humans, making sure they weren't planning on injecting her with anything else - although they often used this injection on her to calm her down making her less aggressive when around humans and even other dogs - although she was rarely violent towards her own species. Giving her fur a brisk shake the brindle canine slammed her paw against the hard ground to her cage as she continued letting out growls towards the humans who seemed to still be checking in the newcomers. Rolling her eyes she began to examin a few dogs in the room - many seemed calm and others seemed rather frightened and wary of their new surroundings. She felt pitty on the new comers, they had no idea what was coming, but she didn't want to scare them with storys and what not.
Running her tongue across her dry lips the large canines eyes soon wondered across a Husky that seemed to be speaking to her - many times she had been injected with this so it wasn't anything different, but he didn't know that. Smiling, Marsha nodded her head "Yes thank you, I'm fine - its not the first time I've been injected with that shit." she spoke with a slight shrug to her shoulders - spending time here you kind of got use to being constantly prodded and poked by the humans. But unlike most of the dogs here Marsha hadn't been broke of her persoanlity and still gave the beings a run for their money, which often annoyed them and caused her to receive punishments - but what did she care, she would rather die trying than die being a loser who didn't fight for herself.
Not wanting to seem mean or ignorant but Mar couldn't help but chuckle at the brutes comment about the horrid smell - and yes he was correct, the fluids they did inject her with did smell rather odd, but that didn't seem to bother her to much at the moment "It smells disgusting I agree.." she replied giving her eyes a role "Yeah thanks, the effects wear off but I still seem rather calm - unforunately - but I'm ok thank you!" she spke once again dipping her head. The effects had already started to kick in and she could feel herself going a little dizzy and light headed, the effects only lasted for up to 5/10 minutes and the actual calmness would last for an hour or so. All she had to do was play the waiting game, but she wasn't going to let this stop her snapping.

"Everything Scares me."
Yara heard a dog speaking to her from another cage. "Huh?" She said quietly before looking at the dog and listening. "This is place scares me... I wanna go home" she yipped louder than she usually would. She saw the dog that was talking to her had the number '8923' "D-do you have a name besides that number?" Yara asked "Is this our new name? I don't wanna be here." Yara said.
The pup heard the dog next to her give a yelp of some sort and heard another dog ask if she was okay. Yara went quieter and tried not to look entirely scared but her ears kept pinned against the back of her head.

"You are a diamond dear, they will never break you."
It didn't take long for the drugs to take effect on the large dog - although it took longer than it would on most, since she was much larger. Her muscles had grown more relaxed and her temper seemed to decrease, some things appeared a little blurry and she felt rather drowsy - these were usual effects that the dose had on her, so she was kind of use to this by now so it didn't come off as strange to her - the two leggeds would often inject the dog with a drug that seemed to calm her down, although sometimes it took longer than usual or didn't work at all - it was pretty strange but with the amount of times she was being injected she would probably soon grow to fight off the drug so it would have no effect on her.
Hearing the large doors creek open Marsha turned her head and watched, the group of people slowly exited the room with their clipboards in a firm graps - one was pushing a trolly that seemed to carry liquid, tableds and needles which were used to inject the liquid drugs into the dogs. How she would love to knock over that trolly and rid of their years of work - but what wouldn't work, she wasn't getting out of her cage for a long time now. Unless she was getting tested on or going to the socialization room - which was rare.
The sound of the pups quiet and shaken voice quickly entered the Kai-Ken's ears causing her head to whirl around - from what the pup said her actions also proved it. She was pressed against the back of her cage and slightly shaken - you could see the fear in her eyes, but Mar understood. She was still a young pup and coming into a place like this at such a young age was enough to scar a dog for life - like most here. But Mara was ready to give the pup guidence and protect her if needed - until she was old enough to defend herself. The humans usually took advantage of the pups since they were labelled defenseless. "I agree, this can be a scray place for the young and I to will offer you protection. Just follow our lead and I'm sure you'll be fine, although try not to be an angry pants like me - you don't want to be injected with that crap" she spoke reassuringly to the pup. "Yeah, that's just my 'subject' name - the real name is Marsha. They seem to think these are our new names, but I don't go by it" she smiled "And yours?" she questioned to both dogs inparticular
Her eyes then rested upon the Siberian Husky that sat not far off their cages, a smile on her face as she dipped her head towards the canine that had made sure the she-dog was alright "It sure is, thank you. But that idiot will pay, watch when he returned." she growled looking towards the metal double doors. Against humans Marsha usually held grudges, and packed a pretty painful bite - which often caused her to be hit with a stick or something, but she was use to this treatment and these idiots wouldn't break her spirit. She wasn't one to give in yet, or any other time in her life.

"You are a diamond dear, they will never break you."
Looking at the smaller brute Marshas head tilted as he spoke - she now knew this canid as Greed. For a few seconds she allowed the name to sink it, it was a an unusual name for a dog she though - but she kinds liked it. Smiling, the large she-dog nodded her head "Well, nice to meet you Greed." she barked wagging her tail - her ears had now lifted and her paws were pressed against the cold surface of her cage. As she looked at the male Mar couldn't see why the name had been chosen, was he a greedy dog? But despite not knowing why it came across that the name actually suited the male.
The sound of rusty metal being grinded together caused the Kai-Ken to turn her head towards a cage that was placed ner Greeds - the humans seemed to be taking out a Collie mix - and since being here for 6 months it had sunken in that he would be taken to the testing room and injected with something that could possibly make the dog go insane, die or just stay the same - maybe some things would decrease in his behaviour and health.
Hearing the deep voice of the Husky, Marshas head turned - her brown eyes resting upon the large ish male as he spoke about it being his turn tomorrow - her ears and head dropped in sympathy as she shook her head in disagreement towards the testing of her fellow peers. "You'll be alright Greed, don't worry yourself. You won't go insane you'll stay perfectly fine, if anything does happen I'll rip their throats out!" she growled. Marsha hated seeing other canines upset because of the idiotic forms of testing the humans would do on the dogs - but the brute seemed to be making a joke out of it "Oh I'm not strong, you could say a little crazy?" she chuckled. Marsha herself hadn't realised any effects on herself, did the injections really make her stronger? She didn't know. Shrugging it off her eyes rested back on the pup.

Marsha
"You are a diamond dear, they will never break you."
Listening to what Greed had said Marsha couldn't help but allowing herself to chuckle "You're right, but don't tell anyone! Not many see me as a kind hearted dog, they see me as the dog who's been injected so many times she's like a canine shaped tank, who everyone must avaid" she spoke, her shoulders shrugging a little. It was true. Marsha was actually a warm hearted dog who would help anyone who seeked it and would do either give advice, fight for someone or help them through a tough time - but many dogs in the facility seen her as a machine. A test dummy. They would often avoid her when in the 'play room' as her plaful behaviour was sometimes rough, but she couldn't help it. This wasn't her fault. They had done this to her.
As soon as the effects had started they were quickly over. It seemed that since being injected with the drug several times her body has managed to fight off the effectes faster each time she was injected - and soon the dose would have no effects on her. But, she sill felt a little tired, but this wasn't going to slow her down - nothing could. When hearing what greed had to said the Kai-Ken nodded in agreement "I believe you're right greed, but this place has made everything twice as worse. Its suppose to make the world better and come up with new cures. But a dog is very different to a human, the effects could be different. They're just wasting lives of many willing dogs..." the she-dog allowed a sigh to escape her maw as she shook her head. Marsha herself remembered previously welcoming few dogs into the facility by saying 'Welcome to Hell' and that made her chuckle slightly "I've introduced this place like that a few times, but its only the right thing to say. It don't want to sweeten this place up. Its the worst possible place for a dog." she mumbled shaking her head once again.
Allowing herself to drop onto her stomach the large dog was now in a laying position - even in this psoition she was still slightly bigger or the same height as others - the testing had also made her grow and extra few inches. But now, Marsha was more comfortable on the hard ground she often lay upon. "I agree, not even the aggressive dogs belong here - this is a punishment no one should go through. Its horrible and no one deserves this treatment - apart from the beings who can actually lay their hands on a defenseless dog!" she growled her ears pinned a little. But when Greed next spoke she could feel the emotion in his words - lifting her head she nodded "And now? Well, well now we're trapped in here forever - noever to feel fresh air ever again or run with the cold breeze in our fur. Our life will forever be un-enjoyable. But they want to make my life a living hell go ahead, I can assure them it won't be easy." despite the seriousness and emotion in this conversation - Marsha wasn't reay for those two-legged freak to make a foold out of her, she still had fight in her and now with 'friends' like the two canines she had previously met, she wanted to protect them as well as the others around.

"Everything Scares me."
Yara listened as the two dogs talked with eachother, she felt a little more relaxed now that she knew she had some friends in this terrible place. After they finished most of their talking Yara looked at the two again. "My name is Yara..." she said and looked around at the place. It was so big and dark, she almost wondered how many rooms were in the building. "So, what exactly are they going to do to us?" Yara asked quietly, she would at least want to have an idea of what might happen even though she would still be terrified when the humans took her into a new room.

Marsha
"You are a diamond dear, they will never break you."
When the pup introduced herself Marsha said it over a few times in her head, like Greed the pups name also suited her - she didn't know how but in her opinion it just did. Now knowing the young pups name she could address her by that instead of her subject name, like many here Mar hated being called by the name those humans had given her. 'Subject 8923' made her sound like a nobody in her opinion - who would wanted to be named in numbers? Giving her head a shake Marsha turned her attention back onto the two caninds she had grew rather fond of - despite not knowing them for very long - as the humans often kept this 'dangerous dog' locked away and unable to socialize with others - the Kai-Ken had grown rather fond of the two canines she now labelled and friends and ones she needed to protects. Which is how she acted towards most friends.
As Yara asked a question all Marsha could do was listen, if she was to answer this there was a huge chance she would only frighten the pup -being such and outspoken and straightforward character many disliked her for this as she inflicted fear upon some by the things she would say. Marsha listened quietly as greed explained to the pup what this place was like, he was right about the sort of things they done to dogs but he seemed to put them in nicer graphics than she would of. But despite managing to keep her mouth shut for so long as usual Mar couldn't help but have a sudden outburst and tell the pup exactly what this place was like, she was aware Greed and the pup for that matter could possibly hate her for this but she wasn't about the butter this place up for anyone - it needed to be exposed for the cruel facility it was.
Now fully rid of the effects of the drug Marsha began her large speech "I don't want to butter this place up for you, it isn't like those cosy dog shelters you see on television where they have nice food, comfy beds, respectful handling and hours of play and sleeping time - as I said previously when others entered welcome to hell..." she trailed off looking between the two "As Greed said, they will do many tests on you - some will have great effects on you where as others will only have small effects - like you would have seen when I was injected. Like I also said earlier this place isn't suitable for the most horriblest of dogs, no one deserves to be here. You're cute and small, so they wont be doing tests on you just now - but when you hit the right age they're going to hit you like a bomb..." she sighed shaking her head "But like I previously promised, they aren't going to lay a finger on you if I have anything to do about it. I don't want you to end up like a 'monster' like myself or even treated like one." she growled more towards herself and the selfish dogs that had once teased her.

(On my iPhone I'll edit later))
Greed growled slightly. "Yes, when were all three let out of this cage you're the first canines I'm going to hang out with... And I won't let the humans lay one hand on you without me biting their hand straight off." He said. "An maybe if they let me or Marsha, you could move into one of our cages, even though it's not very likely it's still worth a shot. Right Marsha?" Greed huffed, looking at the pup with a slight smile. And if those humans tired to hurt this pup he would attack without warning, she was far to young to experience this hell hole and even though him attacking would make it worse in his opinion, he counted these two as friends now, and he planned to protect them till the end.

? Yara ?

"Everything Scares me."
Yara listened as Greed told her what type of tests she would have to go through "Robotic parts? Personality tests?" Yara questioned. The tests seemed terrible. She listened to Marsha explain some things again, it seemed like they'd been here a while, at least enough to know what the humans did to the dogs. "How long have you been here?"Yara asked just after they talked about getting out of their cages and getting some free time away from some tests and cages. "How long do we get to stay out of our cages?" The pup asked wanting to know how long she might be able to get out of this cage.

Marsha
"You are a diamond dear, they will never break you."
It would be another hour or so until Marsha would be released from confinements and able to socialize with the other canines, something she got to do regularly - since the tests Mar had increased in size, her senses had hightened and her strength had grew rather strong - but still not enough the break out of this place, just enough to seriously injure one of those two-legged freaks. Apparently, in the humans eyes Marsha had grew to big and strong to interact with the other dogs as she would most likely hurt them - but unlike most the she-dog used brains and arguments to solve situations unless a fight was needed, a gentle giant you could say. But she isn't afraid to throw her weight around.
Looking around the room Marsha allowed a sigh to brush past her lips as she shuffled onto her haunches, the ground was hard and rather cold - but it wasn't getting any better than this. Pawing at the ground a little Marsha let out a quiet whine, raising her left paw to swipe at her ear. A high pitched ringing sound buzzed through the Kai-Kens ears causing her to whine slightly at the irritating sound - since her senses were heightened the slightest, high pitched sounds hurt the dogs ears. Continuing to paw at her ear the large dog lifted to her paws and slowly shuffled back in her cage - violently shaking her head hoping to get rid of the sound that put the dog in slight pain. A few steps back and Marsha's rear end was pressed up against the back of the cage, her path was now blocked and all she could do was bat her ear ears. Moments later the sound stopped and Marsha gave her head one last shake.
Growling the brindle dog let out a sigh and slowly stalked back towards the front of her cage, tail pointed out and her hackles raised - those sounds had slowly started to grow on the dog as many thought about her having spazums, but if they knew the real reson they would understand why. Shaking her head one last time Marsha lowered herself back onto her haunches and looked at Greed, remembering what he said before the had the sudden outburst "I wouldn't mind ripping off one of their hands, or even their throats!" she growled coldly knowing most of the things that happened to her - like the sounds and injections - were to see how she reacted and done on purpose. Marsha knew that Greed and Yara were the only canines she had interacted with apart from the many fights and arguments she had with other canines - so there wasn't any doubts about her seeing Yara and Greed as soon as they got out. "It sure is worth a shot, but as you said its very unlikely - but you never know, this place is full of surprises." she shrugged with a sigh.
The faes attention soon rested upon the young pup who sat in the cage just to the right of her, she nodded as she repeated what Greed had said about the different tests - sadly all that was true, no mercy was taken on any of the dogs even the young cute ones or the suffering elders - this was a horrible place for any canine. "Well, I've almost been here a while now. And its been the worst time of my life..." she sighed shaking her head - lowering it for a moment for a slight growl but to her next question the she-dogs head lifted. The canids shoulders shrugged "It depends really, sometimes you get a few minutes and sometimes an hour or so - you never really know exactly how long you have." she spoke with yet another shrug - her soft gaze darting between the two.
