Title: Custom Title?

So I noticed that some people, right under their name, have a 'Custom Title' Ex: (Not to embarrass anybody or anything) Oreo's is Taco-hat, and whatnot. My hypothesis is that people that have a special award (MOTS, Mod, ect) have it, but not anyone else. Am I right? Just noticed I accidentaly posted this in Game Help Instead of Forum/Site Help. Please move it. Silly me.

The custom title is only available to the current MOTS, moderators, and admins, if that's what you were asking. c:
