Title: The In MapMaker not Ingame Issue.
Post by: Nightcutter on July 22, 2014, 11:05:41 am
Hey there. I would like some helps as some of my objects are not working correctly.
Here's the thing; I have downloaded meshes for my newest map, one of them a campfire. The problem is that when I have placed it within the map maker it shows up, has the right collisions and everything. But then I go into the game, to check for errors, glitches and things needed taken care of before I export the map, and poof the campfire is gone. No collisions and no signs of it anywhere. This has also happened to some other meshes I have used, and it quite literary frustrates me. Can anyone help me?
- If the question would come up, yes I have exported them in Object Maker and got what 'folder' and place it has gotten, yet it does not work ingame. Why?

You could try placing the .fho object files into your objects folder, if that doesn't work try placing those files into your my_objects folder. And maybe you forgot to put the objects in exports?

If you put the objects in Object Maker and assigned them a group like Default, Misc, MyTrees, MyRocks, etc, any of them that came with the game, this can happen. To fix it, go to Object Maker and load your object, then save it to a nonexistent group, and it will create that one. Then open your map and replace the nonworking object with the new one. c:
