Title: Editable sign/signpost - Help?

Hey there, does anyone know where I can find the lost "Signpost" mesh? Yes, the editable one. To get things straight here; I am looking for the small "sign", not the one with multiple arrows.

I am not very good at explaining, and so giving detail is a little tricky. So, I hope that I got things straight in, and that some kind soul will help me out.

P.s sorry if it is in the wrong section. I just thought it reasonable to put it here!
I feel so dumb, I didn't see the "request/find meshes" board. I apologize for this clumsy mistake! -_-
