My friends account is having issues logging into the game. It logs into the forum but it wont log into the game. Anyone know why?

Does your friend have weird symbols or non-english letters in their username or password? Did they use the numpad at all while trying to log in? FeralHeart doesn't recognise some of these things, but the internet does. ;o

Hmm, could you explain a bit more? Usually (Unless they're banned) -'s would work fine. So if you explain the problem a bit more I'll probably be able to solve it.

The account has never been used on the game and they are not banned as far as i know. They just wanted to use the account on the game and it wont log in.

Try having her send the activation link she got to [email protected] or is her username more then 16 characters long? If so, she would have to re-register for a new account under 16 characters long.
If she chooses the email, it may take a few days to activate ^^
