I went to put more in my signature and I pushed "Change Profile" and it said ask an administrator? ??? Halp ???

It's sort of a glitch when trying to change your signature. I always try rewording my signature. It usually works for me. But it could also just be the image, maybe try putting a different image in your signature? See if that works.
