Title: Please help me figure out what markings/items I should download!

Hey all! So, I've recently returned after a very long time away (during which I uninstalled the game and all additional components). Now, I've come back and am seeing a lot of white bodies and faces xD

Please, refresh me on which marking packs are the most popular/I need to have in order to properly function in the game. I currently only have the Aug22 pack and no item packs. Links, or even just a list titles/names of packs, would help me greatly!

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Do characters still appear to have white body parts?

Make sure with both the markings and the items that you replace the current .cfg files with the ones included in the downloads.

Yes, I know.

The markings are showing up on my own characters, but won't show up on anyone else's characters, so yes, there are white body parts everywhere. I've even asked if I've downloaded the right set, and people have answered 'yes'.

Okay, so I tried uninstalling and re-installing everything, but it still seems to not be working! Could it be a Windows 8 problem?

I doubt it has anything to do with Windows 8. Just make sure you clicked "replace/overwrite" when you moved the markings and .cfg over.
