Hello there, guys!
I -finally- managed to register. Man, I have a real adventure behind me: Managed to catch the registration open, registered, couldn't activate my account, sook out help. They weren't really able to help me though, so I was stuck, hoping to catch the registration open for a second time. I was told that I should make a new account - so I did, only to notice that I couldn't activate that one. I tried to activate my 'old' account trough the e-mail I had received almost a month ago: And through some odd reason, I managed to activate that one.
...and now I'm here. Finally!
I had prepared a preset already, I'm really excited to finally use it~ I'm just your average 17 (almost 18) year old girl. I love to draw and write, so I thought a game were you could roleplay and be creative with making your characters would be perfect for me.
I can't log into the game itself right now, though. It tells me I use an incorrect username or password, which isn't the case. It would be wonderful if one of you guys could help me out.
I'm just glad to be here.

You did quite a lot to get here but I imagine it was worth it in the end and about the log in trouble, there are threads here on the forums that have already discussed and solve this kind of problem so if you need help you should look in the help threads, but other than that were glad to have you here.

Yes, it was quite problematic for me to get registered. But here I am!
I am now using my other account - which was activated too, for some reason (?) - because this one allows me to jump straight into the game already. I already clicked the delete button for the account that I introduced myself with. Thank you for welcoming me!
Btw, do you know how to use a preset in-game? I can create one in the Create a Preset editor, but I can't use it in the actual game. It would be great if you could help me out.

To use a preset in-game just go to preset maker click on your preset then click export. When you go to create a character go to the last tab then click use preset. The prest you exported should be there and you will be able to use it in-game. Hope this helps!

I tried that, but somehow it does not appear after I log in. I use the preset sync system and followed every step - but, so far, I couldn't manage to get my preset into the game. Do you have any other idea? Thanks for the help already, of course!

I also had the Incorrect Username or Password problem, and the cause is that your username might be over 16 characters. Anyway, welcome to FeralHeart!

Hi, im new as well and im having a similar problem, but i wont mention it in this chat, it took me 8 MONTHS trying to catch thee registration and checking as often as possible, finally got it so worth it if i get to play the game and overcome my prob.
