Title: I can't play.

I write my username and password correctly but it says that the username or password is incorrect, what should I do?

Make sure your username is not more then 16 characters long and make sure numlock is off. If your user is more then 16 characters, you'd need a new account, sorry hun. ;0;

If your username contains more that 16 characters (letters) you'll have to create a new account with another one that's under or maximum 16 letters. Make sure your password doesn't contain special characters and that you type any numbers in it using the row of numbers above the letter keys.

If you've checked to make sure the username is below 16 characters.
