Can an administrator delete my account?

You can delete it yourself by clicking the "profile" tab, and then "delete this account."

Whenever I do that, my account is still there and visible. I prefer a staff to do it.

When you click to delete the account, it may take a few days for an admin to get to it hun, just be patient c: If it isn't deleted after maybe 3 weeks, I'd message an admin or moderator concerning the issue.

If you trying to delete the account does not work I do suggest you try what Jimmeh tried. PM one of the staff, and request they help you out with your issue.
