Title: Map not working?

I recently downloaded a map, and when I go into the portal, the game crashes! I put all fh files into their correct folders.... am I doing something wrong? Please respond ASAP. Btw, I'm on a Mac air

Does the game give you any kind of error, or does it just stop working?
It could be that your computer can't handle it, or just a minor issue that will go away with time. Sometimes things just stop working like that, but trying again later sometimes works.
Also if the map has any particles, that could cause potential problems as well.

Ruby, whenever I go into the map, it just suddenly stops working and quits by itself, idk what's going, and yes, it does have particles

It does have particles? Look in C:\Feralheart\media\particles to see if there are ending in _0, _1, and so on. Delete them if they are present. You can also change your rendering system.
