I just had this idea pop up in my head only a couple of minutes ago and I wanted to share it with you all, What if Feral-Heart had its own Con thing like ComicCon and MineCon? What kind of impact do you guys think it would have on our community?

A Feral Heart convention would just be amazing!
Perhaps one where you'd get to meet your fellow floofs.
(Like, you could get a nametag with your main character's name on it then meet all your in-game friends in real life)
Not to mention the awesome publicity and new members FH would get.
Hurrhurr I've put so much thought into this.

The only thing is FH isn't exactly an overly popular game like Minecraft, so it might be hard to set up. Also, you might get a couple of fursuiters... well, maybe.
But yeah! This would be awesome! (I'd probably be one of the youngest people there XD)

I agree with you all, there would definetally be a positive boost in the Feral-Heart community. I also think that Feral-Heart would grow in popularity which may increase the amount people in the community so we may possibly see more great people on fourms as well as in-game. Cant wait to see what others post on this topic!

In truth I think its completely fine if you are one of the younger people there. I'm actually quite young too and my birthday was on October 19th (I'm 12 now!) so I know it could be really stressing if you were at some convention and everyone around you was older than you but overall nice feedback everyone!

I'm surprised that this topic doesn't have more replies. A FHCon would be a really awesome thing. Indeed the users joining in on the fun would probably be limited at first due to the limited number of true fans of the game but I can see it quickly gaining more popularity over time. Perhaps if the game had more publicity and content with interesting updates this would be a likely possibilty.
I know that if there was a FHCon I would definitely join. It would be fun getting to meet and greet all the familiar and loved faces around the community as well as others. If the game was as popular as say Minecraft and others perhaps we could even have cool promotional merchadise. A FHCon would have quite a positive influence on the FH community and I agree with many of the things the others have posted. A FHCon would get the game's name out there more and increase the flow of new comers. The other thing to consider would be where we'd hold these? This user base comes from quite a few countries so these FHCons would have to be held in many areas but most especially the most busy areas. Also I wonder who would host these.
I wish this was a thing I really do ^^ Either way cool topic Crusoe.

It would be an amazing thing to join the members of our community for the first time in real life! This is sure a fantastic idea, and if FH was as popular as say..Minecraft or Skyrim it would be possible. It's even likely to happen, to be honest. (Unless it will be stopped by a major problem)
But there are three problems.
1- FeralHeart would have to earn real life money to afford these sort of meetings.
2- Staff would have to give up a heck of a lot of time to travel around and host these activities.
3- The activities can be in other countries so we would need a lot more staff from around the globe to help organize these cons.
But yes, this is amazing. I'd give up so much to host something like this just to meet you all. Sure we may live in places that are thousands of miles apart, although if we could have that one or two months in which there are these meetings, the miles we travel to reach this would matter no longer, I suppose. Great idea, Crusoe.

I actually think this is a pretty cool idea. But since I have no money and my parents would think it is a stupid idea to go to a convention for a game, and they might think it's weird since yes, they're could be fursuits and my mother and father are totally against furries.
But I would like to see this happen, it'd be nice to meet up with your buds on FH and even meet new ones. ^^

Indeed that would really be a fun idea, the thing that could be the most difficult issue, is where would the FeralCon be held? If it was held in Europe, probably not many USA players would be able to join, and then the other way around of course.
It is a nice thought, and I wish it could be easier to create such event ^^

I've actually thought of this a couple times. Really happy it's getting positive feedback.
A 'FeralCon' would be an amazing way to get people to take an interest in Feral Heart, and would really allow for the game to get more publicity. Merchandise like T-shirts, bracelets, mugs, etc would also let Floofs show their love for the game. It would also allow people to meet who've always wanted to meet. Of course there is always the problem of location. I'd imagine a good place to have it would be somewhere to meet in the middle. Being on THE west coast, any distance would be a pretty long one for me. Of course I'd be more than willing to fly out for a FHCon, but that doesn't go for everyone.
A really amazing idea that I'm sure we've all thought about at one point or another. Hurhur just maybe one day <3

Wow! I've thought of a lot of cons before, but never a Feral-Heart one. Good idea! I agree with what is mostly being said in this discussion: it would be awesome, but very hard. But at least the con would most likely not be TOO flooded like ComicCon is. Another problem would be the cost of the merchandise and the amount of effort put in to the convention...it'd take a lot of volunteers. But I'm sure it'd be worth it!

This would honestly be amazing! Most of my well known friends, I have seen their faces and voices and what not so it would be easy to spot them out. I was actually going to meet up with some friends at a con of whom I met on Feral Heart in 2011 and they have became my best friends. However I had A non expected injury happen and I can not travel to the Con. Hopefully I can go to the con of the summer of 2015 and meet with them! They have sent me presents in the mail and everything, and gosh they are super great. Seeing most of the staff does not live inside the states where I live and I recon half the Feral Heart community lives, it would be hard to create one. The Ebon Circle has been planing a meet up for years and we have often blabbered on about having both a FH Con and a TEC meetup and how amazing and wonderful that would be. I think we would blow up a few trash cans no doubt, and maybe pee on a couple lamps. Just maybe.

Great to see this topic still alive! Indeed the problem that many members of the Feral-Heart community do not live in America can affect the possibility of a FH Con, but still there are many Pro's to having a FH Con.

And we can have fursuiters and cosplayers of people's FH characters! It would be awesome to see other people dressed as their characters, and maybe people who don't want to reveal their identity can wear their costumes to the convention.

Bro..that would be the first fursuit I had ever made owo...and we could host them globally like once a year by donations and vouluntering and what not....dude...I would love that so much @.@ I would be making so much merch to sell and help keep the con running....DUDE...art requests could actually cost something then :0
