Title: Presets pls?

I have 3 presets I would want. If anyone would be willing to make them, I would be really happy. I have dA with the name Raitasuki, which I can draw you art for the preset if you want. I have no points.

Now the presets:

3. http://raitasuki.deviantart.com/art/Preset-pls-3-490751533 (http://raitasuki.deviantart.com/art/Preset-pls-3-490751533) Canine preset. Animated scrolling part. Needs glitchy texture. You are free to take artistic freedoms with the look.
