Title: Can't log in the game

I was checking everyday if the registration opens, and one day it opened. So I created an account... but when I tryed to log in the game, it would everytime say 'incorrect username or password. (5 failed attempts causes 15 mins ban)', and I am not stupid that much that I would forgot anything of this. I waited like 4 days, but its still not working, I even tryed to reinstall the game, but it still isn't working. I really want to play the game thought. Can someone I help me? I have windows 8.

If your account's username or password is longer than 16 characters, you'll need to make a new account. The registration opens daily for about two hours at random.

I know I may sound stupid - because I actually never played the game-  but is here like a different username in game and on forum? If  yes, how do I create the username? (yeah that sounds stupid)

If you're still having trouble, I'm sure one of our staff members can help you with your account issues. The link provided above is also useful with username and account problems. Though if you are still having trouble, asking a staff member about your account problems will definitely be more of help to you.

Edit: No, your user name and forum name will be exactly the same, unless you go to your forum profile and change your display name. If you change your display name, the username you signed up with will still be the same.
