Title: Frozen Gifs?

Both my avatar and signature are gifs but I noticed that both of them are frozen. And it's not just me a few people have said they are frozen for them again. And it's not just this site that's giving me this problem. Any ideas on what it could be?

And don't just throw IMAGE SIZE at me, I know how big they are and they both worked before so it's not the size.

I was one of those people.

I suggest you take the image down from all websites and whatever image-sharing site your using.
Then try to upload them again and put them back up for those websites.
If that doesn't work, maybe redo that process but with another image-sharing site.
