Title: Can't upload any avatars. Help?

Recently I've been trying to upload avatars to the server however it just gives an error "An error has ocurred! The image took too long to upload or is larger than the size allowed by the server"
Even the smallest avatars I can't upload! This is getting on my nerves. What should I do? If I use direct link it comes out stretched and I don't want that.

Try uploading the image to Tinypic (http://wwwBannedImageSite) and place the link outcome into "I have my own pic". Be sure that you have selected the circle next to it. Hopefully it will be the correct size.

Make or use an avatar that's 120x120 in size since that's what the forum scales bigger avatars to.

The avatar is 90x90. Is that too small? P:

Could be. I think it tries to re-size most things to become 120x120. Best in your case would probably be to edit the picture in such a way so it keeps a square proportion.

Re-sized to 120x120 and it still didn't work. Gonna try with native resolution that is 350x350
edit: it worked, kinda bad quality but will try to fix it later, thanks for the help though ^^
