Title: Can't download FH

So... I just got a new account here and I'm really hyped to try the game, but both of the downloads don't work for me. I am a windows 7 user.

I tried getting the normal download for FH, but when I tried to open it, it said the contents of the program was corrupted and I need to get a new version of the game.

I tried the torrent file, but apparently I need another program to get it to work. I don't want to download a bunch of random stuff I don't know about onto my computer.

Can someone tell me how to get this game to work please? Help is much appreciated. o3o

If the file was corrupted, then you should download again.

To extract torrent files, you will need something like uTorent.

I downloaded the normal download like five times, and all of them were corrupted :(

I guess I'll have to try utorrent then

if it's turning out corrupted all of the time, then there's something wrong with your internet connection or browser. try another browser to download the game.

if that doesn't work, try utorrent.

I tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers.

Firefox told me the file was corrupted and that I have to get a new version of the game.

Internet explorer told me the download was interrupted, and when I resumed it, it said the file could not be downloaded. I tried saving the file and running the file.

I don't want to get utorrent or the torrent because I don't trust torrents...

Did you get the normal download to work or did you have to use the torrent?
Also, which browser did you use that worked with the download?

Since both new browsers you used did not work try using Chrome if you have not yet. If the files are still corrupted or are having issues then I suggest you PM one of the staff. If we are unable to help you I am very sure they can. I would highly suggest you ask Whitelightheart, Dishonored, or Sherlockian with your issues. I know they would most likely be able to help you out with your issues.

The only time you shouldn't trust torrents is when you don't trust the site you are downloading it from or the thing you are downloading is an illegal copy of something. Torrents are just like .zip folders but in file form.

I used the normal download to get the game and I used Internet Explorer. I have a feeling it's something to do with your computer.
