Title: How Can Others See My Presets?

Hallo fellow FeralHearters,

Lately I have been having some issues with presets.  On my account ".EbonyFate." (in game) I can create and use presets, but when others download them, they can not see them.  I have tried re-uploading the presets and even remaking them, but it still does not work.
But here is what I really do not understand...
Presets work just fine on my other account.  I can make them, use them, upload them, and other people can see them once downloaded.  There is no issue what so ever.  It is only with ".EbonyFate."

And yes, I have tried re-installing the game more than once now.  It still does not work.

Please help me if you can, I would really appreciate it.

Try looking at this (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=47969.0) tutorial on exporting the preset. Sometimes it will take a re-export to fix, and make sure the file has not messed with your username.

It seems like it's just A common preset glitch that is Fixable by your doing.
I'd first try out the link below and try all two (one glitch was fixed for everyone) methods. The link below will surely solve your problem. If not then you'd be the first person I have heard with a undiscovered preset glitch.
