Title: Cannot log in

Hey Everyone
I made my account a while back but could not get the game to download, now that I finally got the game to download today I cannot log in to the game. I reset my password to something simpler but it did not change anything.
Please help

Your username appears to be longer than 16 characters of length, a username must be at or below this number in length in order to work for the game.
I'm afraid the only real solution to this is to make a new account when you catch registration open again and make sure the username is no longer than 16 characters.

Well that is very stupid that you allow people to make usernames longer than 16 characters if they do not work in game.
I have incidentally made a second account with a shorter username but I can't authenticate it now. When I try to access the authentication page it says forbidden.
Would you please send me a new authentication email. I will send a message to you with my details.

That happened to me. It's kind of unfair, though, that we have to make a new account, because I've been waiting for a long time to get an account, and the moment I do I have to make another one. Do you think there is a way to change our usernames, instead? Or, do you think you may be able to open Feral Heart for the people with wrong usernames sometime today and tell us when? I hope you don't mind me asking, but I've (and my family) have worked hard to get this account, and now I'm rather disappointed.

Pardon for meanderin' in. Should time permit us soon, we do plan on makin' a little notice about the username kinks for new floofs. Unfortunately, it has not yet graced us given the many busy schedules. Especially with the Holidays and end of semester 'round the corner. For now, all we can do is apologize for the misfortune and ask that ye' please remain patient. If it helps, the registrations actually open up more often than what is thought. When it does, it remains with open doors for two full hours before closin' again. Therefore, luck might come swifter should ye' check back here once every hour or so if able.

Registration opens up everyday, but at random times. So you need to keep a sharp eye out for it to come on.

Yeah, I don't think it opens once a day. I've had this open for 24 hours a day, refreshing once every 30 mins, and.... nothing. No log in. Not once. And about a month into that, I gave up. Now I give up again. >:(

Registration opens at random. It opened yesterday you know.
