Title: Question about Member of the Season

What makes you eligible to be a Member of the Season? I've seen the candidates for this season, and not all of them have posted a lot, or made presets, or whatever. I want to know what makes you eligible to be one, because I want to be a Member of the Season someday!

To be a MOTS you don't have to make maps, presets, etc. To be one, you simply have to be an active and helpful member around the community, whether that is in-game or on the forum, or both. The MOTS is a generally well-liked person, who tries to help out whenever they can. Some, if not most, of the members I haven't met in game and don't have presets or whatever, but are just happy, active, and helpful floofs.

To actually be nominated when the MOTS nominations are up, you must have 25 or more posts, cannot be a previous MOTS (from the last season), and cannot be a current staff member. Hope this helps!

Thanks for explaining, Turtlex. But that description perfectly fits me on FH, and I feel ignored! I want to be a Member of the Season some day!

Sadly it takes time to be nominated for MOTS my dear. It took me a while, and honestly I wasn't looking to be nominated myself. I never thought it'd happen to me in fact, but I am still just as grateful for it. ^^

All I can say is keep trying to be active and helpful on the forums. See if you get noticed there my dear.

I understand, but it takes some patience though dearie. You can't get noticed right away. You are still a little new on the forums, and need to help out a tad more. It takes hard work getting to the point, but more than anything I do wish you luck.

Member Of The Season is nothin' more than a title. T'is not somethin' one would like to obtain just to be gifted with a few temporary quirks. A majority of the time, those who become nominated have never actually expected to be nominated at all- as they sought not the title but rather just lend a paw or two around on their own accord.
Seek naught the title and do not stress for it. Instead, follow the pathway of the former. Be active around here, be helpful, participate in the community. Chances are ye' may get nominated one season within next year or so forth. Though I cannot guarantee.
