Title: Can not log in on game but can here...HELP!!!

I am not sure what is wrong... on the game it says wrong user name or password and 5 tries and banded for 15.. but no problem on here with same password and user name....Help Please

Is your username or pass longer than 16 characters long? If so, the game will reject your request to log-in, which means, a new account would be needed. Sorry about that hun, it's just the way the server is. Or, does it have any symbols? &$*^%#+ are some it wont allow alot.
