Title: Confirmation of the account does not work

My friend has error on the confirmation account.
403 - Access Forbidden!

Unfornately, you can only activate the account when the registration is open. Had this problem too but when I saw registration open, I tried that as soon as possible and it worked.

I think maybe contacting the staff members may work. I dunno.
