Title: Can't see my friend's preset?

I know it was only yesterday that I asked a question, sorry. xD

But I'm having a problem that I never dealt with before.

My friend downloaded my Female Titan preset and gave me the FHP file so I could see it, but I can't see it. She can see me when I wear it, though.

Has this happened to anyone, and if so, could you help?

Do you by chance have preset sync? If so, preset .fhp goes into Private Presets instead of your normal preset folder. If you don't have preset sync, make sure your putting the file in your presets folder and re-running the game. If it's still not working, your can type their username where you put yours and go to preset maker to export the preset under their username. Hopefully it works for ya!

I tried putting it in both The "presets" folder and "Private Presets" folder, but neither has worked. I'll ask her for her password.

Try refreshing your game, and re-downloading the present.
Make sure the files are in the correct places where they should be.  It's ok for them to be in multiple places.

If that doesn't work, try getting your friend to give you some assistance.
If that doesn't work either, maybe you can try again some other time later.
Or clean up your computer a bit and retry..?

No need for a password, just her username :3 Once you enter her username then go to Preset Maker to export the preset under her name, it should show right up for ya!

I also suggest they to re-export their preset again but this time, make sure they're exportin' the file correctly. I've came across situations where users who have capital letters and/or symbols (for example the _ symbol that will sometimes replace spaces in a user's name) will end up with unseeable presets due to the exporter labellin' the file wrong (or signin' into the game incorrectly). For example, should I log into the game as dishonored instead of Dishonored and export a preset, said preset file will end up labelled dishonored.fhp instead of Dishonored.fhp. In doin' so, will make my preset unseeable to others. As for users who have a space in their name, less it's done purposefully, I lack a solution to that since at times the server decides to be a bum and replace the space with a _ symbol automatically once in the game. However, I do know a certain user who have faced this problem before and I can nudge ye' her way if this is the case.
