Title: Sudden Account Deactivation
Post by: Soluri on February 06, 2015, 07:07:04 pm
Hello! I'm making this thread for a friend, but in-game after a server hiccup, their account was no longer activated. Upon trying to log into the forums, it told them their username did not exist. As you can imagine, we were both pretty puzzled by this. They're not spelling it wrong, the password is correct but regardless of what they do, nothing seems to work when they try to log into the server.

Their username was Rykeir, if that tidbit is of any use in aiding in the retrieval of their account.

And I think it's worth mentioning that they aren't banned, but even though they've activated the account years ago, they consistently receive the message that the account has never existed to begin with.

When was the last time she played the game though? Because deactivation might be very obvious if she never logged on into the forums than only one time. I THINK. Here are some quotes from DarkendSoul, Shallow and Feareh in an earlier topic:

Has she ever been active or ever went to her forums page here? Cause once I had my very first account and it was deactivated cause I never went on it for a long period of time. I suggest talking to a staff member to see if they can retrieve it back, but it will be a long process.
She has not been on the website but has been in game everyday
Therein lies the problem most likely - if she never been to the forum the account can deactivate itself..

Ask her to make a new account if the admins can't re-activate it again~ ;3

And another quote from Shallow:

If she has been unactive it's possible that the account has been deactivated - the best thing to do is to make a new account when the registration opens.

You can also contact one of the admins here (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=12157.0) - and ask if they can help in someway.
Have patience when waiting for an answer since the staff get alot of mail every day.

Good Luck~

Cheers~ // Shallow

Hope this helped you. c:
