You know, you got the time, and you're on the forum, and you decide to look back at your old posts?
Well, I know that I do, and well......
I end up cringing. A lot.
I wasn't that bright in my early months of Feral Hearting..... Sigh.....
Though now that I'm older, I did pick up some things my younger self didn't in certain threads I participated in.
Lot of hypocrisy and insults that went over my head
But enough about me, what about you?

Some are more fun to read, some are less.
I find reading old threads or posts a healthy reminder of what might've happened or taken place in the past, many threads of more "problematic nature" I do scan through for this reason, but maybe even achievements/accomplishments type of threads that included a lot of hard work. It's quite interesting how much time has been spent into this forum and how much you've been through, along with this maybe even changed as a person some.
So from time to time it might happen you read through some of your old things or just bump into something to really remind you of things that has taken place here.

i don't always feel socially awkward but when i do, it's after i read my old forum posts.
i remember all those horse forums i was on when i was like... 11. pfft, i was such a troll back'en.

I look back at them all the time... I used to say things like 'chu' and 'yush' all the time, and nearly every word I typed ended with an unescessary z. Oh well.. What more could you expect from a bloody nine year old? x'D
It's pretty amazing to see how far I've come. I'm not really embarrassed by my older posts at all, actually. Probably because most of them were pretty harmless..

I do sometimes. As Red said it's a nice way to remind yourself about things... Each new year brings new things to the community and the way we think and work is always changing around here. Reading old posts is a sort of refreshing way to keep in touch with how not only you've progressed but also the community.
I will agree though that sometimes my really old posts are derp lol. Back during those noob days :) lol Sometimes your old posts can give you a laugh or you might stumble upon something interesting that you forgot about.

Sadly, yes I do xD. I started playing Feralheart when I was alot younger than I am now, I was never usually active on the forums. But once in awhile, I would post something on the fourms sometimes. And then I will probably go back and look at it. Oh dear, I'm glad that those days are gone, the embarrssment of my past posts is to much. x'D Hard to actually belive I acted like that back then.

Oh gosh, I recently read some of my old posts and they are horrendous.
I was extremely immature and wrote plenty of silly things, which is quite embarrassing.
Haha, I have 2000+ posts that will forever remind me of how annoying I used to be. /shot
Way too many emoticons and acronyms were used, ugh. Acronyms are the worst.
Even though I was very young back then, I still could have been a bit mature.
Luckily, I have changed a lot since then, but I will never forget the young and terrible me, nyehehe.

i did this a few times and ohmygod i was such an idiot. i didn't make sense most of the time, i was sometimes unnecessarily rude, and thought i was smarter than everyone else. i get embarrassment every time i look back. jesus i was such a noob. i can't believe i actually acted like what i was when i started feralheart.

Vespian doesn't often do this too often. I'm that kind of person who'd rather keep eyes forward to the future rather than peerin' over my shoulder to the past.
I just have found naught the interest to sit down and look through 2,000+ posts that I have made, ehheh, less a situation calls for it.

Sometimes I go back and read old PM's. I've never read my old posts. However I would say that some of my PM's make me a bit sad. Just like Vespian, I'd rather keep moving forward. I fear looking back into the past.

Ah... Well, I've had a lot of time to grow out of my idiot phases, but every now and again I stumble across something that reminds me of how much current me would LOVE to beat the crap out of younger me.
My deviantart's a good example. I've not been on the FH forums long enough to REALLY build up enough cringe material, but it'll happen. Give it time!
Vesp's got a good point - I don't generally bother looking at what I've posted unless I need to specifically check something or if I randomly stumble across myself - which actually happens surprisingly often. Found an account from when I was 12 on a game yesterday. Was all "Huh, that username looks familiar. Let's look at the prof - oh."

Oi... I read them a year back, I took the time to log into my old account and take a look at all my posts. Boy was it embarrassing. I've since then learned that an opinion is best voiced objectively, at a distance, showing your stance with facts, making sure to voice all opinions in a calm and clear way. Not in a vent, preach-like long speech through which half the people reading it would fall asleep.

A lot of my posts accidentally come out haughty and pretentious whether they're old or new! I glanced through my history a few times for links, but the cringe was too much-... And it's only been two years. Help.

I really, really regret being given access to the internet when I was 11. My fanfiction, fanartcentral and deviantart accounts are still there for all the world to see-- and laugh at. A friend did a dramatic reading of my old deviantart journals from early 2003 and I was crying. I'm thanking my lucky stars I found this community in my 20s; I've had the chance to grow out my lol!SO RANDUM xD phase.

Honestly during my times of joining Feral-Heart, I really wasn't extremely active when it came to forum posting. Only till this year have I actually went through the effort of being more active within both in-game/forum community. Unfortunately I cannot relate in the context of this site. Awwuu, how disappointing. xD
