In addition to the link Aicosu posted, which is indeed correct, most users download the latest version of the Pawesome Items Pack, here's how to actually install it so it is usable in-game~
ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW!
RIGHT!
Lets get started.
1. download the item's you wish to have/obtain.
2. Close feral heart if its open, and go onto your start menu
3. Go into the main feral heart folder.
4. Open up your items folder in Feral heart>Media>Item's
5. Copy, ALL OF THE MESH AND TEXTURE FILES INTO THE ITEMS FOLDER.
6.Now, there should be a type of... Note thingy with a bunch of stuff on it about the stuff you just put into the items folder..
Now.. go back to your main feral heart folder.. and find a file named 'Item's' It will probably say on that text
"
[Christmas Hat]
mesh=hat1.mesh
bone=forehead
offset_f=0.1 1.2 0.5
rotation_f=10 90 -10
offset_c=0.1 1.4 0.1
rotation_c=10 90 15"
If so, then yes.. thats the right file (If it not a note file, you can open it with any word editor or notepad)
7.Copy the Stuff in the item's Text(That you downloaded) And paste it in the feral heart item's text.
8. Close all folder's and file's and then open feral heart and go into the editor and see if it worked
