Title: Friend Can't Download Game

My friend can't seem to download FH.

She just made her account. Her user is FoxtoothTheCat.
I think she has Windows 7. She's confused on where to log in at and what steps to take.

Her problem seems to be that she logs in under the banner, goes to download, clicks skip ad on adf.ly, and then a blue box pops up saying she needs to be logged in but she already is. We tried logging in on the yellow box too but nothing's working an she's confused on where to log in at/log out at.

Can anyone give me some direct instructions to tell her? Thanks.

I Think the page isn't being displayed correctly for me or something.. Because in download options I have Web setup, download, and torrent. I could just make a quick video to show what's wrong...?

Well, when you click torrent (which is the most recommended form of download), it should automatically download the setup. Check your downloads file and make sure it isn't there.

ohhhh jeez I think I screwed up my computer.. oh no.. Im just gonna let this go for tonight.. I don't want to give my computer a virus if I haven't already done just that..

I know. After you filled in everything, click on the 'Remember me' icon. Hopefully that should work.

Now im logged in the box but I still don't want to mess with this downloading thing much more tonight. Downloading has never been easy to me and if I mess up in it I'll easily panic about it.. Im not a computer genius.

If you're wondering if FH gives virus, then it doesn't. It's virus-free

Icy no one has gotten a virus off this.

Just go back and try the normal download.
