Title: Can't log in?

Ello! I am posting this for a friend who cannot get onto the forums. She says that every times she tries to log in that it tells her that the account is still on. She had an old computer with it logged in but didn't get the chance to log out when her mother got her a new one. Any help or ideas on this? Thanks! I can get more info if ya need it.

Never really came across this situation before, though, has she attempted to log-in on a different browser? Maybe on a different device, then of course log out again. Hopefully it will work eventually as the log-in time/session will most likely expire.
