Title: Charaters and Friends Gone

Hello guys! My only pc broke about two years ago and since then I stopped logging in Feral Heart.
Only recently I was able to get a new PC, and I was all excited to see how the game was going after so long.

I was very sad to see that all my characters and friend list were gone.
I don't know if there was any server clearence while I was away, or if that's just with me..

The server routinely does cleanups to old, unused accounts that haven't been logged onto in over 18 months. That is what sounds like happened specifically to your account while you had that long stretch of inactivity on your account.

The server deletes "abandoned," or seemingly forgotten accounts' characters and other data to make room for newer accounts. Logging in every few months, or even every year, will stop the server from swooping down and deleting your friends list, group, and character information. Sorry for the inconvenience!
