I would have to agree with DelightfulRevenge... This looks like a glitch of some sort. I vaguely remember hearing about similar bugs, I'm sure logging out and then back in again should solve the problem.

Its a glitch, but its not in the way you're thinking. You can log into 2 accounts at the same time with two different characters and get that result. Normally the game would kick whoever's on the account to make room for the other game trying to play but if you're fast enough you can skip the kick.

I guess it is a type of glitch, in sorts. How long were both of those people there? Sometimes, I have seen cases where someone logs off to grab another character, then logs back in quick enough to see themselves on the character they were on before.

Oh, I've seen this before. I did it on myself, quite by accident.
I logged off of WarKat, and onto another character. I spawned in the same general area as WarKat, and I saw her for a good three minutes, before she finally poofed.
It's just a random glitch mate.

They were moving as two different people and were on for more then 30mins. Here's a closer view.

Maybe the user of the account allowed the person(or friend) to share accounts with them?

This is definitely a glitch. I've seen it happen with friends. They crash and the character of their previous session is frozen there. No one can make the same username because the site/server will say the username is already in use.
EDITED: Oh, then if they were moving that is very odd. That's a new glitch for me. Never knew someone could skip the account kick.
