Title: Need a preset maker. Please help <3!!!!!!!!!

Okay so i was wondering if someone can make a preset for me. would like it to be realisticish my character is in TEC group she is aa kreptic an was wanting the preset to kinda look like a storm (lightning flashing ) an her eyes would glow blood moon color her paws black. emo type hair black with purple tips if possible. with blood fangs. here is a referance to give u a clearer understanding. if you could i would greatly appreciate it n.n this would be my first ever preset. i was kinda have in mind of like animate like lightning running through her body like in a storm cloud if u could but if ur not able to yea scrolling would be fine :) Thank u i appreciate it!
